Stayed Jul 29, 2025Has a nice pool and small play area for the kiddos. I liked the location. With updates to the home it would be a solid 4 stars for me.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Urine smell made it impossible to eat or sleep there. No response from Vacasa to resolve the issue. VRBO was ultimately very helpful in resolving things for us after we had to leave.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024The cottage was clean and fresh. You felt welcome the moment you walked in. The property managers were quick to respond if you had a question. It was super nice being able to walk to the beach everyday and take the dog on the trail at the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve. All of the locals were very friendly. It is close to the Maine Diner which offers a nice breakfast menu - all day. The cottages are quaint (we had the smallest). It was always quiet and restful. It is worth checking out!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the short walk to Parsons Beach and short drive to the Wildlife Refuge! Home was quite comfortable and appropriate for a small family and dog.. pool was clean and simple. A good spot for breakfast “at home “ and relaxing between going to the beach and Kennebunkport!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was clean and very cute. We were disappointed with the jacuzzi tub though because it wouldn't hold water long enough to take a bath. It was close to the beach which was great.
