Property is just as described, zero surprises. Perfect for two people, great location, very quiet neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and the grocery store. We walked everywhere. David and Jeffrey have awesome instructions for everything, very clear and very easy to follow. They were very responsive and made great recommendations. Everything for the stay was flawless. We highly recommend this property. Great place, great hosts.

Hosts were awesome and place was perfect for us

This was perfect! Close to town, very walkable area, the hosts made sure we had everything we needed! They even brought us a local newspaper that had events happening that weekend we were there. Very thoughtful of them, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our first trip to ACK!

Perfect cottage for my wife & I!

We loved our stay at this cottage. It was the perfect size for a couple. It is obvious that David and Jeffrey spend a lot of time caring for the property to ensure a seamless guest experience! The outdoor shower was a great touch along with the private balcony, which we enjoyed having dinners on. We hope to return again for another summer trip. Thank you again for a great vacation!

The property is extremely well maintained and offers all of the amenities you would need for your ACK getaway. Instructions and information are provided to assist you in making your stay a breeze. Jeffrey and David are wonderful hosts and are extremely accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at Tuck’t in Back! Jeffrey and David were wonderful hosts. The check in process was simple, the property was clean, and had everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to town for shopping and dining. Conveniently located to the Wave stops if you prefer the bus. Thank you for hosting us!

David and I were very responsive, the unit was clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. They had a beautiful bouquet waiting for us from their garden. Amazing location, just a short walk from downtown/attractions, but far enough away where it is very quiet. We enjoyed morning coffee and evenings on the private porch after days of exploration (photo attached). Would highly recommend staying at tuck’t in back cottage and we definitely will be staying again. Perfect amount of space

It was a nice, clean, cozy place to stay

We decided at the last minute to takeoff for a couple of days to celebrate my retirement. Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful. The written instructions about check-in were clear, the place was adorable and immaculate and private, complete with the most gorgeous fresh flowers that he cut from his garden! Close but not too close to town. It was really everything that we could have asked for.

David and Jeffrey were incredibly kind hosts! Our room had fresh cut flowers from their garden and we were greeted with a smile when parking. The location is amazing if you’re looking for a hidden local treasure and walking distance to downtown.

We’ve never been to Nantucket before, and this spot was one of the best decisions we made! Perfectly located in the center of pretty much everything–10 minute walk to downtown and all the shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes to the island’s live music venue, The Chicken Box, and super close to the beach too (although we Ubered there). The apartment itself was spacious, private, beautiful, and clean. Plus, an awesome outdoor shower. Jeffrey and David were incredible hosts. Accessible, communicative, and so so kind. Overall, one of our favorite vacations to date! Can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again.
