This cottage is the third one back, less than 100 steps to the private beach on the bay with no roads to cross. Our cottage is clean and comfortable and has had some remodeling but retains some of our family history with the old fashioned original windows and some of the original furnishings. Stayed Jul 12, 2025Amazing beach cottage steps from the beach. The cottage was so cozy and perfect. The beach was breathtaking. We saw atleast 15 seals, many bunnies, and the sunsets were breathtaking. Jean was amazing. 5 stars!!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022We had a wonderful week here in East Sandwich! We enjoyed the beach where often we were the only ones on and relaxed either at the cottage at night or ventured off. The area is very private, very quiet. The beach is a quick walk through a small path right from the cottage. I would recommend bringing water shoes for both adults and kids because there are areas on the beach where you will need them when heading down to the water. II also recommend wearing them in the water. Walking the beach in the morning is breathtaking. The stay was relaxing, peaceful and so enjoyable. We would definitely come back!
