Beautifully furnished spacious deck with exquisite landscaping and flowering planters. Our host was most delightful and easy to communicate with. The cottage is elegantly appointed in the most exceptional detail, and is obviously well-loved and well-cared for. Truly an outstanding gem of a cottage.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The location of this property couldn't be beat, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. However, it is a very tight space, and the hot water was exhausted quickly for showers and hard to manage across four guests.

It is in a great location - close enough to walk to the beach/downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was my favorite! The cutest place to relax. Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We come to Nantucket every summer and love staying in Brant Point. Easy access to walk to town, jetties or children’s beach, which is ideal with our young children! We have 3 kids and all 3 slept upstairs in the loft, which they loved. The location was great, the house was super clean, and the communication with the owner was fast when needed!

Stayed Jun 17, 2024The cottage is very sweet and in a great location. Easy to walk to town but also nice and quiet. The house is small but big enough for our family of 4 for two nights. Any longer than 3 nights and it probably would have felt too small. Two kids slept upstairs which was great for the adults to get to stay up past kid bedtime.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Super cute cottage close to town! The backyard was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Easily walkable to downtown which made getting around very convenient. This is your classic summer cottage, no frills, but decorated so cute. Can’t wait to come back!
