Within a vast 5000m2 property in a typical village, 8km from the landing beaches and the medieval town of Bayeux, we offer this 40m2 gîte ideally located for access to the various historical sites.

La Boulangerie is an independent accommodation, decorated in the purest English style with a cocoonnig atmosphere with its surface area of 40m2.

You will appreciate its cozy, atypical and offbeat side and yet perfectly in harmony with the gardens that surround it.

It hasa mezzanine bedroom with sleeping space for 2 people (dimensions 160cm x200cm). You will also find a second sleeping space for 1 person.

It has a fitted kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a sink, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a traditional multifunction oven and a microwave. A Tassimo pod machine and a traditional coffee maker are available, as well as a kettle and a toaster.

A comfortable sofa will allow you to enjoy the living room and the 82cm full HD television.

The accommodation, located near the swimming pool, is covered by fiber wifi like the rest of the property.

Grill lovers can count on the Weber barbecue (47cm) at their disposal on the terrace.

Beyond the private terrace, you will have access to the 5000m2 of gardens which accommodate the swimming pool, the tennis court, the ping-pong table and the Nordic bath for moments of relaxation and escape, whether for you or to share as a couple, with family or friends.

You will find at Gîte de la Paix a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, in a green setting.

Close to the city of Bayeux, its cathedral, its tapestry, its historic center and its amenities, you will be ideally located to enjoy the charm of the Bessin countryside while having quick access to sites linked to the Landing: museums, memorials, Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Arromanches, Longues sur Mer, etc...

Whether you want to immerse yourself in history, enjoy the local markets and taste the Normandy region, stroll along the ports, (re)discover the flowery coast and its prestigious seaside resorts (Cabourg, Honfleur, Deauville, etc.) , you will be in the right place here.

You can obviously choose to enjoy the many beaches while savoring a treat, the Gîte de la Paix being located just 7 km from the first beach which will allow you to access all the others.
