Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with water views and steps to private beach

Nantucket is such a wonderful place, and this house was simply amazing. Host is very communicative, and our week was unforgettable!

As someone who has been to Nantucket many times, I couldn’t recommend a place to stay more strongly. The place had everything for a great vacation: it is very private and just steps from a very cool, private beach. The location was perfect as well — close enough to town and all the natural beauty of the east side of the island. We’ll definitely be back!

This cottage is so perfect in every way, I wish I could keep it a secret. It is a throwback to the old Nantucket of my childhood, luxurious because of it’s location, decor and charm. The house is incredibly well appointed and provisioned, lovely bedding towels, kitchen supplies - you will want for nothing. The vibe is coastal charm with beautiful water views and a wonderful grassy yard, where I did yoga on a blanket under a beautiful tree. The beach is stunning, shallow clear water, gorgeous sand and almost nobody there. Adirondack chairs on the patio, a wonderful outdoor shower and comfy beds - we never wanted to leave and only went to town to shop one day - although town is not far. The owner is super responsive and very helpful and easy to deal with. We cannot wait to go back!

Super comfortable, nicely appointed, fun Nantucket summer home. Gave the feeling of staying in a family home, not a rental. Very private location, with easy access to a harbor beach and the bike trail. We ventured out on the 2-person sea kayak several times (wearing the life jackets that were also provided). Many essentials for cooking were in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.), and Jed offered super helpful local advice on restaurants and beaches which contributed to a great family vacation!

Would highly recommend this property. Great location with beach access. Home was clean, kitchen is updated and living on one floor made life easy for our family. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay, and found the property to be just as described: well appointed but not stuffy, with nice ocean access in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the nice cleaning products and paper products so we didnt have to run to the grocery on first day as often happens. Owner was responsive and great to work with. Would not change a thing.

This home is terrific! It is well cared for and the host provided some very nice amenities such as quality shampoo and nice towels. The sheets were also very nice and the home was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There was a great outdoor shower! And there were Adirondack chairs overlooking a large backyard. There is also a private beach that you can walk to and the beach itself is long enough for decent walks.We had terrific weather and beautiful sunsets. It is also close to the bike path and town is just a short bike ride away. Overall this was just a fabulous place to stay. Jared was very responsive and helpful. If we can afford it we will definitely come back next year!

Just as described. Perfect for a couple or family with young children. Tastefully decorated, full appliances, amenities and a great mid-island location. This rambling waterside cottage has been lovingly maintained and was super clean and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan, comfy sofas, and modern kitchen with new appliances. There was plenty of cooking tools, dinnerware, linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies. A quick stroll down a fairy tale path leads to a sandy beach where you can catch the awesome sunsets. Close to a bike path and a quick drive into town. The owner Jed was pleasant and responsive. We would definitely rent again!
