Wonderful, cozy, comfortable, great neighborhood. We loved it and will be back.

Our stay was great. House was perfect for me and my brothers. Close to Gruene Hall for our 2 nights of concerts and nice dinners. Porch area is nice for listening to music and deer watching. Sue is a great communicator, responds quickly to emails. We will definitely be back!!!

This place is perfect. Great location. Not too small. Deer everywhere. Morning coffee with wildlife is the best. Super close to downtown Gruene. Highly recommend.

Great location

Perfectly located for activities in Gruene and New Braunfels. Serene and cozy. Feels like you are in the country, but restaurants, shops and entertainment within 3 miles. This tiny home was comfortable, modern and convenient.

Great location and peaceful!

Host and cabin were absolutely great. Though the a/c could use some attention. It worked it just would not get below 75 degrees without freezing up. Other than that it was perfect. In the owners defense it was nearly 100 degrees outside so 75 was pretty comfortable in comparison to that.

The cabin is cute, clean, has space to put your things and quiet.

The cottage was the perfect size and in the best area. It had everything we needed and we loved the peacefulness of the area. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. We would definitely come back!

It was a very cozy and relaxing place to stay. Only one mile from the Gruene Historical District and it was well stocked with all the amenities you would ever need.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Gruene. Quiet and comfortable. Sue has everything you need for your stay so you can leave the hair dryer at home. We will stay again.

The tiny house was perfect for me and my wife for a weekend getaway. Nestled in a patch of woods away from the busy streets but close enough to town for daily activities. We loved it.

Had the best time in this tiny house. Very clean, has everything you need, owner was sweet as can be. We watched many deer and birds in the yard. Very neat place and only a short drive to Gruene!

I had a wonderful stay at this quaint cottage! It was cute, roomy, clean, convenient, quiet, private and the host has done such a great job of providing anything you would need on a stay. The tiny home felt really open and roomy. The bathroom was a really nice size as well. Communication with the host was easy and she was very kind and accommodating when I needed to adjust the length of my stay. I will definitely stay again in this great hidden gem!
