Cape San Blas Cottage - steps to the beach - beach side of Cape

You need a new couch, the one that is there is broken and is hard to sit on for more than an hour. Also the TV can’t be seen from the couch or the chair. We did like the location

I rented this for my daughter and son in law. They loved it and said it was so clean and everything they thought it would be!

HVAC filter was left out of its vent and it was very dirty. Sofa was a piece of junk. Electrical receptacle in green bedroom was not working, Never could get the TVs to work. Board walk had a dangerously loose plank. We left after 2 nights because i had sneezing and wheezing due to apparent dirt, dust and mold in the HVAC.

Perfect location. Steps to the beach. Only suggestion I have would be to fix the steps down to the beach, there’s a large drop off. Hard on older folks

House was clean. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for myself and my husband. We will definitely go back again.

This property is in a perfect location on Cape San Blas, just 10 minutes from the State Park boat launch, and offers walkable amenities right down the street for anything you need during your stay. The property easily accommodated four adults, and the owners were fantastic at communicating, as well as being very kind and helpful. I would certainly come back and stay at this property.

This house has everything you need and perfectly located. A one minute walk to the beach. A one minute walk to Peachy’s Beach Eats or the Tradin’ Post. The kitchen has everything you need or forgot to pack. WiFi and RoKu TVs for late night movies. Chairs and an umbrella to carry down to the beach were greatly appreciated. The host made check in flawless and easy with clear and easy instructions. This was our third year staying in Jamaica Drive and it continues to be our favorite for the quiet, privacy, cleanliness and great location on the Cape. We highly recommend!

Great beach location for 2 adults. Cottage was tucked away in a very quiet area and nicely decorated. The house is the perfect size for a few days on the beach. Cape San Blas is the best.!

This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was spotless. It is hard to find a location close to beach, pet free, for a couple or small family. This is a compact cabin but has everything needed. No real beach view but steps to beach. We enjoyed the back deck for outside relaxation. It is close to The Trading post. It was very quiet. We had a comfortable week away.

Small yet comfortable cottage in a convenient location. Short walk to beach and Trading Post store. Very clean and easy check in. Rated at 4.5 due to poor kitchen wares, absence of paper products, and light outages.

This is the second time I have booked a stay at this beach cottage and I did that for a reason! The location is excellent! The beach is a few steps away from the house and a few steps away from the Tradin’ Post! The cottage is comfortable, welcoming, and it has everything you need! We had a fire on the beach one night and it was a great time! You will never see a better sunset in Florida than on the Cape. Book now!

Super cute and comfy beach cottage. Great location ..100 yards or so to beach and 100 yards or less the opposite direction to BBQ, pizza, grocery store, liquor store,donut vendor and ice cream stand. No need to drive anywhere !!Excellent communication from owner.

My family and I loved our stay! It was a very convenient walk to the beach and was just big enough for us and our two littles. We loved that we were able to walk to grab lunch/ supplies at the Trading Post and surrounding shops. Every single person we met was so kind! We had a wonderful week.
