Bungalow on Higgins beach

We love Higgins Beach and this little bungalow has just what we need to enjoy ourselves for a week of vacation at the beach. The check-in process is easy. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. This is our 3rd year staying here and we keep coming back because it is just right.

We had a great week at the cottage - it was perfect for our group of four adults. Check-in was very easy. Cottage was clean. Amenities were practical and accessible. The porch was equally great for morning coffees and evening cocktails! We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at Higgins Beach.

Nice location. Well-kept house. Generally pretty clean. Parking space for 3 cars. However, outdoor gas grill was not clean at all and kitchen stovetop control panel was greasy & thus required cleaning prior to use. Beds are somewhat dated but okay. Generally a nice place.

Fantastic stay in a very cute bungalow! It was our first time renting from Mary Ann. She had fresh-cut flowers on the dining room table for us when we arrived. We walked to the beach every day, and enjoyed the amazing local life of Higgins Beach. The unit was cozy and private... It has a really nice porch with a grill (which we used a bunch!)... We sat on the porch every night and morning. There was a beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards! Plenty of fans kept the place cool enough - we brought a couple extra fans, so it was perfect. Very grateful to have found this gem!

We had a great time staying here at Higgins Beach for the 3rd year in a row. Great location, house has everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach.

A very sweet property situated within walking distant to the beach where we walked to everyday. A quiet street and close to restaurants and sites (like Two Lights). We had a lovely time in a beautiful place.

This is our 2nd year staying here for a week in August. Higgins Beach is such a special place and this is a great spot to relax and enjoy vacation. We have been coming here for over 30 years and stayed in many different houses but this one is exactly as described, clean, easy, good communication. We love it.

Cozy place that could use a bit of updating and refreshing. The older couches had multiple layers of covers so not comfortable. Scratched furniture. House not clean when arrived and informed host of such. Broken kitchen cabinet and left window, leaking porch roof, front door does not latch, broken trim on chimney, cracked plastic lawn chair, dirty beach wagon/cart. Kitchen could use some other items, tongs, small bowls. Messy side porch with cleaning supplies left out. Strong smell of mothballs from closet. Host did not respond to communication after check in. Good water pressure, quiet street and good location. Not a great value at this price point with no linens provided. Snug bedrooms so fine for couple/small family. Would recommend for friends/family!
