BRAND NEW & Waterfront 2bedroom 2bath ~ Lanai

Property was beautiful. House was well equipped and thoughtfully designed. Mike and Val were excellent at communicating and their recommendations were spot on. Perfect location for exploring Harbor Island, Spanish Wells and much of Eluethra. We went as far south as Savannah Sound. You need a car to get around and would recommend one that has decent ground clearance. We rented a Nissan Trail and went to some pretty secluded beaches and it was sufficient. One surprise we got at the property was during a stormy night when goats took refuge from the rain under our house. It was amazing to awake and see a lot of goats on our beach, including a bunch of baby goats. We wanted for nothing at the property. Would very highly recommend and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lanai House with a family of 4. The home is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The cozy home is very comfortable and is located on a secluded and private setting that we truly enjoyed. The beach and water are just amazing, exactly what we were looking for. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with… can’t wait to be back!

Lanai was the perfect beachside sanctuary.The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable with every amenity provided.The private beach is a little spot of heaven. The location could not be better, very quiet and private yet just a short drive to the airport or ferry.I am already looking forward to booking my next stay.

The house was absolutely perfect with a beautiful outdoor area. The beach and swimming right in front of the home were wonderful. We saw many fish and starfish. The host was very helpful and provided many added beach and house items that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this fantastic home and gorgeous island!!!

Everything is perfect about this property. The drinking water available is so lovely and means we don’t have to buy a ton of plastic bottles. It’s one of the reasons we chose this place. The house is so charming and cozy. The swimming here is ideal. Calm beautiful clear waters. This is the place to relax for sure however there is some adventure around you if that’s what you’re looking for. Mike was very communicative and helped us anytime we needed something. I will definitely be coming back here. CANNOT WAIT UNTIL NEXT TIME!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful ,peaceful ,secluded property. The water was amazing. The property had many modern features we have not seen on other island properties.The island residents were helpful and friendly. For a secluded area you have quick access to everything you could possibly need.We will go back to the island again soonThank you to everyone!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfy the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our private beach every day. We even saw a sting ray once. The communication was almost instantaneous. The seclusion of the property allows you to hear nothing except the breeze and the sounds of the water. 10/10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Spent a week at Mike’s place as a group of 4 adults and had a amazing time. Mike was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The Lanai is the perfect beach house, spacious, clean and well equipped. The screened in porch was absolutely amazing for late night drinks and conversations away from the insects! The private beach was so perfect, the water calm and shallow, the soft white sand with a tinge of pink, all protected by picturesque rock formations! Very peaceful. We will definitely be back!!! Lanai is (nearly) new, in excellent condition, and well-equipped for cooking, sleeping, relaxing, and water activities. The water’s clear; small fish can be seen a few short snorkeling minutes away using the gear stored on site. We also saw a ray and some tiny starfish. The small beach is very private and peaceful. Wear beach shoes/sandals to step over the limestone outcrop to get to the sand. There’s no microwave, but the oven heats quickly to warm up restaurant takeaways. The host, Mike, was incredibly quick and helpful in replying to any and all questions. The last quarter mile of the road is unpaved with some potholes and rocky ledges; a high-clearance vehicle is best. Overall, a super rental experience.
