Bora castle. Cottage with stunning sea views.

Beautiful views and great location. Hosts were very friendly and communication was really good, especially as our flights were delayed. The cottage is bright and has all amenities. Very clean and tidy.

Property is right on the ocean - you hear the breaking surf. Quarters are tight but comfortable and well apppointed for 2 people. Great communication with hosts and really appreciated that they left the hot-tub on to have it warm for us. Quiet, relaxing ocean stay. Near to great walking and running paths. Just down the oceanfront--a small walk - and you can watch surfers. Also, the Gannet bird colony tour is just down the road and well worth the visit to see specatacular views and a large colony of seabirds.

Liked views, Quality towels and toiletries, kayaks. Walking distance to town. Didn't like step down into dining room and bedroom. My wife injured her toe.

Love our three nights at this beautiful cottage. Even though the weather was terrible we were cosy and warm. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.

A beautuful cottage with lovely views. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes which was very handy. We had a boat with us and the boat ramp was very close by and parking at the cottage was ample for both boat and vehicle. The cottage was super clean and very well maintained. Great bbq, smart tv and wifi were all an added bonus. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Check in instructions were clear and the home was spotless! Well equipped and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This cottage is beautiful and overlooks Pelorus Sound at Havelock with wonderful views from all windows. The cottage had great facilities, was immaculately clean and the furniture and bed very comfortable.

We loved staying here. We were 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had ots owm ensuite. The home was rxtremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, serving bowls, utensils) for preparing meals. We used the kayaks and loved it. Check in and check out wad a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Fabulous and close to many great vineyards! Thank you hosts!

The listing pics don’t do the cottage justice. The place was pristine and everything you needed for a lovely stay. We borrowed the owner’s kayaks and had a lovely morning paddle in the bay. The kitchen was perfectly stocked will all kitchen items even some great grilling spices. The cottage was in tip top condition you can tell the owners love their Bach!

This is an old cottage that has been beautifully remodeled. We had a lovely week long stay with our little children. It is a short walk into town and it was an excellent base camp for us to make day excursions to explore the sounds. Pelorus bridge was our favorite swimming spot. We would definitely stay again!

This artfully designed cottage is perfect for two couples with two en-suite bedrooms both with mountain and sound views. The property and the cottage were meticulously maintained and located a short 5-10 minute walk to the charming town of Havelock. The owners were very welcoming and kind we cannot wait to return to this stunning Marlborough Sound cottage!

Location was great. Nice view of the tidal Bay. Easy to walk into town for dinner. Twenty or so minutes to wineries. House was comfortable for the 4 adults.

This was a perfect spot to relax for a few days! Bora Castle had everything we needed and was an adorable place to stay. Everything was clean and fresh and exceeded our expectations! Stunning views from the cottage and Jan and Steve were super friendly. Thanks for a truly amazing stay xx

This place is absolutely stunning. Private, modern but cosy and had everything you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. This was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in New Zealand and I wish we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful warm comfortable property, two great bedrooms with ensuite, everything you need, and if you need something else the owners are very obliging (thanks for getting s sieve, Steve). Best shower in any property I have aver stayed. The views are stunning and the area very pleasant. Recommend the Pelorus Mailboat while you are in the area.

Can’t complain about this lovely place. This is a beautifully renovated cottage with stunning views right on the edge of town. Close to everything you need. Havelock is a lovely township with very friendly locals. The hosts, Jan and Steve, were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
