Stayed Sep 5, 2025The cottage was very private, comfortable and clean. The couch and bed are SUPER comfy!! Back yard is nicely landscaped . I enjoyed watching the deer daily and even a few hummingbirds were still hanging around. Hosts provide everything you need and some very nice extras! Thank you!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025I stayed 4 nights at the cottage, part time with a friend and part time with my family. Very comfortable inside, clean and ample room for preparing food in the kitchen. There is a lovely deck and gardens in the back. The cottage seemed very private even though it was walking distance to the village and shops, library, hiking trails, music school and galleries. It was a good base for exploring the area by car as well. we loved it!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We were looking for a home away from home and found it. Becky and Bill were so helpful with a list of local must sees catered to our interests. They were avalible without being invasive. The town of Blue Hill is quaint, quiet and beautiful. The pictures of the cottage capture the charm perfectly. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024The cottage was absolutely perfect for my stay in Blue Hill. It was well appointed, with comfy couch, bed,closet space, and well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated and it truly felt like home. On a very quiet road. The Goulds were delightful hosts, leaving me fresh chocolate chip cookies, and sharing a piece of their scrumptious family birthday cake. It was hard to leave, and I left feeling as though the Goulds are family.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024My wife and I had a great time. We were looking for a quiet place to relax, read and use as a home base to hike and see the fall foliage. The cottage is extremely well stocked and the owners are very responsive to anything you need. They saw we were getting in late and left us breakfast supplies. Really clean cute place. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Fridge stocked with breakfast staples. Blue Hill is a quaint little Maine town. Will definitely return and would love to stay at the cottage.
