Blacksmith's Cottage is a cottage consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six, a sitting room with corner sofa, TV, DVD player, and electric recliner chair, a game room with pool table, table tennis, table football, speakers, and TV and DVD player, and an external laundry room with washing machine and tumbledryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, ground-floor double, ground-floor twin with en-suite, and child's bunk bed. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden patio with furniture. Shared lawn with play area and picnic bench and designated parking place for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Town: Ipswich is one of England’s oldest towns, believed to have been created in Anglo-Saxon times and built up more and more around the dock since then. Now, the dock area has undergone a large redevelopment, offering a good selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. As well as a selection of historic buildings around the town, it is also home to the youngest Grade I listed building, a large, glass-built commercial office building in the town centre. Ipswich was awarded the cleanest town award in 2007 and has a number of things to do, including a good selection of shops to browse and brilliant restaurants and bars, not to mention being home to Ipswich Town Football Club! The town offers a central location for exploring the popular county of Suffolk, with its beautiful heritage coastline, historical villages and beautiful waterways; a great place to visit, all year round.
