This light and bright 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is on the second floor of this modern building. Located in The Saints District of Ipswich which is centred around the Wolsey Statue in St Peters Street where you will find an exciting mix of cafes, independent shops and local businesses. It’s perfectly situated between the main town centre and the popular Waterfront area, and is a short walk to the main business district.



** For families, this apartment is suitablefor a maximum of 2 children over 8 years old, accompanied by 1 or 2 adults. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**



The apartment is a good size and has been furnished to a very comfortable level; with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.



You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.



The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table (which converts to a work space), a large Smart TV and unit, and a further shelving unit. The TV has free to air terrestrial channels and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people.



The master bedroom has a king-size (5ft) bed which can be split into 2 twin beds upon request. There is a double wardrobe with hangers, two bedside units with lamps, as well as a desk/dressing table and mirror. There is a ensuite shower room with a toilet, small wash basin, and heated towel rail.



The second bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, two bedside units with lamps, and a small wardrobe with hangers.



There is a family bathroom with a shower-over-bath, wash basin and toilet. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.



It comes with one on-site secure car parking space to the rear of the building (the space can be seen from the second bedroom). There is a height restriction of 2m in the car park, and it is not suitable for long wheel base vehicles. There is a lift to all floors.



Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
