Black Hills Sanctuary- Private Gym + Hot Tub

The room was spacious. Outside patio area was enjoyable.

The location of this house was very convenient to everything in Rapid City. The unit had a really cool backyard area and the house was well appointed and clean. Thanks for the hospitality!

The host was amazing, provided great communication and fixed any issues we had quickly. We also really enjoyed the home gym during our stay.

Was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Owners were very accommodating to us. They let us come in two days early with no problems. It was close to everything we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this place. Not for handicap people. You have to go down a couple sets of cement stairs outside.

Property was great and prefect for a one night stay. My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have paper towels, paper plates or any silverware so a person would have something if you brought food with you. Would stay again if in the area.

Great place. Low frills, but very clean and comfortable to sleep. The Keurig was stocked with pods- yay! The hosts were extremely responsive and the backyard living space was gorgeous. Our kids loved bouncing on the trampoline. :)

Great stay and place to rest and explore the area!

Prior to booking I asked a very upfront question about accessibility as my wife has a disability. You responded back as with just 3 steps this should not be an issue. I believe that you should reassess your answer the next time someone asks you this. With an uneven sidewalk, no railings to hold on to while taking the steps, and loose stones as part of the steps this was less than acceptable. Our first night heading out while heading up the steps my wife fell backwards hitting her head and scraping her arm pretty significantly. We adjusted our approach moving forward, but certainly caused anxiety each and every time we went up and down the steps. Based on the rain from our last night, the patio landing to the sliding glass door had a pretty nice size puddle covering 3/4 of the entrance. The accommodations were acceptable and we slept comfortably, but had we known about the accessibility issues we would have definitely stayed elsewhere.

The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and sent recommendations on things to do! The space was immaculate and had lots of nice amenities. Being able to do laundry was a life saver! Obviously, we wished the hot tub was available but the outdoor space was still super nice and private. The only thing missing was maybe some plates and silverware so we could warm up leftovers and save some money. Otherwise, so perfect!
