Bijou and charming with parking on site.

The apartment is lovely, instructions on how to get there were really helpful and having a place right in the middle of Dartmouth with a car space was great. We did get a bit of a feeling that the owners were doing us a favour by letting us stay there - perhaps it was the way things were worded on communication around the apartment? The apartment was very clean but I wouldn't say spotlessly clean - but we have high standards in this regard. It was well appointed, had everything we needed (including a good DVD collection ) except that I had to request pillow cases. They were provided very quickly, but it would have been a problem if we had arrived late at night or didn't notice until we were wanting to go to bed. Also, there was no top-sheet on the bed, just a Duvet and this, together with the lack of pillow cases meant that I didn't feel confident that the bed clothes were laundered between guests. I chose to believe they probably were. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and very well priced and we would definitely choose this apartment again

This lovely and well equipped apartment had everything we needed including a comfortable, super king sized bed (2x3 foot mattresses put together. Two great advantages were that it has its own dedicated parking space (a luxury in Dartmouth!) and it was only a very short, flat walk into the centre of town. The nearest supermarket was just a 2 minute walk away too!

We arrived to find the toilet blocked, this was temporarily cleared by late evening, early next morning more work was undertaken during which time raw sewage appeared in the shower tray. We consider this to be a serious health hazard, the owner does not agree and has offered us just £20 compensation. We feel we are entitled to a far more substantial refund for the spoiled start to our holiday. This apartment is not suitable for elderly people such as ourselves, too many trip hazards and too far to the bathroom from the bedroom. The window in the bedroom was permanently closed and the other at the back was security vulnerable.

It is situated in the centre of Dartmouth, only 5 minutes from the front. Fully equipped and very clean. One slight niggle was the small number of TV channels, obviously not a smart TV. However, since we were only there for a few days and mostly out and about it wasn't a real problem. Main reason we booked was for the parking space and location.

Loved our stay at JC's Cabin. A very central location with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space, which is one of the main reasons we booked this property. When we arrived we were immediately struck by how light and modern the accommodation was. Our second impression was the excellent standard of cleanliness. The property was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the large, comfortable bed. Would we stay here again? Most definitely!

It was exquisitely clean, well appointed. Within easy reach of town centre. A large step was a problem to us from the shower room to the sitting room. Suggest additional removable step to decrease height. We chose this cottage because it was on the flat but didnt know about step.We are both in our 80s so struggled. There was a slow response too about the bath room basin that we couldn’t use for a couple of days. The hot water was temperamental. But Dartmouth was lovely and we loved the sounds and sights.

Great location, comfy and nicely furnished. Quiet but a short level walk to the waterfront, cafes, shops and restaurants. Perfect little bolt hole for a couple or single, with the valuable benefit of its own on-site parking.

Flat was clean and well equipped with the added convenience of parking especially during the regatta when there was no town parking. The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the bedroom. I'm glad we weren't there in a heatwave!

Lovely small property for 2 with the bonus of parking right outside - a rarity in Dartmouth. Had everything we needed and some good restaurants within easy walking distance. Beautifully quiet ar this time of year.

The well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean, apartment is ideally located in a quiet area for all amenities., the parking space a huge bonus in Dartmouth. We had a fabulous time exploring the area, and it’s many restaurants, and the weather was kind. Hope to stay again in the future.
