Beautiful Teeny Tiny Cottage On Lake Eden, directly on the water front

Very cool place! The lake and stars are beautiful. I recommend going for a walk on the gravel road, we saw loons and a beaver swimming.The owner gives very thorough instructions and there are signs posted to help visitors know what to do. Safety is also considered as there are two ring cameras on both doors of the residence facing towards the entrance and the dock.The toilet is something to consider, especially if you are sensitive to smoke smells. However, everything worked as described. The toilet was actually easier to use than it seemed.Overall, it was a unique and functional place in a gorgeous setting.

Great place close to the ski areas.

Had a great stay at the tiny cottage. This place may not be for everyone, but it is definitely for some of us. Cottage jas everything you will need for the stay. The owner takes pride in his place and wonderful with any communication and give a great welcoming greet and tour. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if i am in the area.

Eric’s tiny cottage was so amazing! It’s an adventure getting there in winter but that’s part of the fun if you’re up for it. The cottage has all the cooking equipment you could need, great furnace to keep you cozy, and a really cool eco friendly incinerating toilet which is easy to use. My husband and I loved this completely unique location and we hope to be back in the summer to see what it’s like that time of year

A 4 day stop from NH TO NYS. Never did a loft before. Very comfy Host very ready to show us features.

Lovely little cottage RIGHT on the water. The only complaint I have is the bedding could be updated ( stains on comforter). Otherwise a special little place.

This property is very clean and very tiny. If you are by yourself and dont plan on being in there much it is fine. The toilet was an incinerator toilet. It runs for an hour and a half every time it is flushed and has a smell to it. Please make sure you screenshot the ad before you book and keep it on hand. Details changed after agreed on. We had issues with our flight and ended up 2 days late and I kept in contact with Eric. It was 2 AM when we arrived and he met us at the property and showed us around (not prompted to) and made us show him we knew how to flush the toilet and where pots and pans were (its a tiny cabin!) and then charged us a late check in fee (this was NOT in the ad when I booked) There are a LOT of stairs to get to the cabin. You are charged for water (can't drink the water there) and for the cannoe and any other supplies at the cabin.

A fantastic property, and a wonderful place to get away from the grind of daily life. The host, Eric; is extremely friendly and was very helpful, not only accommodating our stay, but also provided some wonderful recommendations as to attractions and activites nearby and such. We will absolutely be returning

Adorable cozy cottage on Lake Eden! Perfect for a relaxing quiet getaway. The cottage is right on the lake as pictured. Eric was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again

Property uses an incinerator toilet which has a long cycle, especially. if you use it before you go to bed. It vibrates and if you are a light sleeper this will impact your stay. Make sure to purchase a gallon of water before you come. Water is not potable and purchasing water for a dollar a drinking bottle will be expensive.

Relaxing on the waterfront

We really enjoyed our stay at the Teeny Tiny Cottage. It is a beautiful and very quiet location. It is a convenient drive to all the wonderful sights in and around Stowe. Eric was a wonderful and informative host. If you are looking for a quaint and nice place to stay (no frills), this is the place for you!
