Beautiful sunrises with Crystal clear waters

The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay.

The best thing about our stay was the beautiful lake. We were not happy with the requirement to wash and dry all of linens before check out. Had I known I would have brought my own. Also very rustic with visitors from ants and mice. The floors are very uneven and made it somewhat uncomfortable since I have vertigo issues.

Pavilion was awesome to use, great location.

Amazing location and views. We spent most of our time outdoors and the pavilion made it so comfortable to be outside even during rain and heat.

This property provided another year for family memories! Can't thank the host enough for permitting my family to stay at her wonderful home for a week. If you want a lakefront, cozy, at home environment, then this is the place to rent.

When you stay here you are not just a guest you are family. The calm waters on a private beach with beautiful views of the lake is nothing less than perfect for your stay here. The dock is a magical spot to drink your morning cup of coffee or catch a fish! My new little family loved every minute of this place. Tina is a gem who went above and beyond to make our stay just what we needed. She responded immediately when we had a quick question. This place is a great getaway spot for the whole family. Outside of all the stairs( which we knew of in advance) the property was great. Outside space was absolutely perfect ( we spent all day and night using that space.

We had a great time. The layout of the house is alittle odd but def. Workable. The gas stove gave us some problems but the owner was very helpful. The outside pavilion is set up beautiful. Anybody going will definitely find a place to relax.

We were able to relax with our family. The house has a nice cabin feel and the beach front is large. We enjoyed the covered pavilion for a cookout with friends who stopped by. Tina stayed in touch. We had some bad weather and she checked in on us to be sure all was well. We would love to come back!

We have stayed at Tina,s cottage for the last 7 years. It has been perfect for us our kids and grandkids.Plenty of room both outside and in. Even when the weather is less than perfect we enjoy the outside pavilion to watch the water play cards or watch television.We will be back again next year and everyone is already looking forward to it ?

The house and property allowed me to have my entire family to be with me for our family vacation. The outside pavilion was so comfortable to play with my grandkids and allow us to spend quality time with everyone. The views from the house which is right next to the lake was spectacular. Coffee on the dock each morning was priceless. We are looking forward to see about future stays at this house!

The pictures in the listing and descriptions are accurate. The house is older but very clean and everything was well maintained. Appliances and beds were all in great shape: The showers had good water pressure just obviously smaller based on the age of the house. The outside area is the main star of this property. We used the grill for most of our meals and it was in great shape and worked well. Plus we noticed two extra propane tanks on hand. The lake was clear and clean with very little traffic on it. The kayaks were in great condition and were a great experience. Owner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Would stay at this home again.

Loved our stay once again. Great location and always love the outdoor spaces. Relaxing stay for sure!
