Stayed Aug 19, 2022We spent a great week at The Bluenose. The cottage was sparklingly clean, very well stocked and equipped for all of our needs. The furnishings & linens are obviously new and of high quality. The location on Lake of Bays is great, as it's just across the water from Robinson's General store, which makes it convenient to grab groceries, wine or an ice cream by boat. The water off the end of dock is deep and clear with the kids spending most of the time there. We enjoyed the firepit by the water a couple of nights which was also nice. The neighborhood appears to be mostly owners, so nice and quiet, which we respected. The drive into the cottage is rustic and a bit of adventure but you are rewarded once you get there!
