Stayed Jul 19, 2017We had a great stay here with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and found the house to be well equipped and spotlessly presented. The location is great with mountains within a short drive and the beaches on the Adriatic about 45 mins drive away. There are local pools to swim in if you don't want to drive and great scenery with historic towns and cities within easy range. The nearest towns of Urbania and Fermignano have good amenities including trattorias and restaurants and a large supermarket in Fermignano.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Quiet, clean we definitely recommend this location. After spending a week in Rome and Venice, this location was perfect to calm down and enjoy the beautiful area. We had a bit a trouble finding the house (our GPS was lost) , but Isabelle was easy to reach and immediately offered to come to get us in Urbania. The house has a great cachet, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Urbania is close by with stores, supermarket and of course, great gelato.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Located at a very quiet and peaceful place, at the end of a Strada Bianca we really enjoyed our stay in Isabelle's appartment. We never noticed that Isabelle and her daughters were living in the appartment below. The appartement was equipped with all necessary items to have a nice stay. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is the fact that we missed the sun after 3 oclock. However, this gave us a good reason to travel around in Le Marche during the afternoons. With many restaurants close by we thorougly enjoyed this part of Italy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderfull time in the flat in August 2015. The facilities were very complete, all we needed was there. The owner is very kind and helpfull. The property was private, despite the owner lives at the other side of the . We visited many old villages like Gubbio and Urbino. We have found local wineries and enjoyed the beach at Fano.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I can highly recommand the appartement of Isabelle. Last week of August 2014 we stayed at the beautiful an large apartment of Isabelle. Everything you need you will find in the well equipt apartment. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the sun and enjoy your meal with a nice glass of wine. By car It's just about 15 minutes drive to Urbania where you will find different restaurants. Urbino is a beautifull town not far from Urbania. Sant' Angelo in Vado is a small town near Urbania. Tip, visit the museo Archelogico and Domus del Mito, an old Roman house with wonderful mosaic flours. Isabelle is always there when you need some help or information. Isabelle, thanks for the nice time we had in your place. I've read the book we changed, it was beautiful. I will send it to you or deliver when we come to Italy next year. I will let you know. Best regards from Wim and Kath (Holland)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were so glad that we chose to go further inland than we usually do. The Marche region is beautiful and unspoiled. the flat has everything you need for a stress free holiday, and Isabelle is there if you need her.Never intrusive, but very helpful and friendly. She recommended various places to visit, including some very good restaurants. There was plenty of room for the three of us and our two large dogs and it was safe for them to roam around. We would certainly return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

The appartment is large, comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. The bouse is set in beautiful surroundings with great views on the hilly countryside. We had a very friendly welcome from Isabelle who provided us with a lot of information on the area. We would certainly warmly recommend this excellent address. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Isabelle's wonderful flat was our home for a month, a month that went by far too quickly. Everything about it was perfect, from the views to the sweet dogs to Isabelle and her lovely daughters. They made us feel completely welcome and cared for, while somehow managing to be invisible unless we wanted their company, which we did, often. Isabelle is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide to the stunning Le Marche region and we enjoyed her recommendations immensely. We also came to dearly love the town of Urbania, which unveiled a wonderful new dimension every day. What can one say about the food of Italy that hasn't already been said? Nothing, probably, but that won't stop me from raving about the gelato at Il Teatro (best in the world, trust me), and the fresh pasta from Francesca's shop. Isabelle deserves all the guests she wants, and reviews that sing her praises and those of wonderful Urbania. Five stars isn't nearly enough. We will be back.
