Beautiful little two bedroom cottage in scenic Jensen Beach.

It was near my event i was attending and the house had everything i need.

Great option for staying in Jensen Beach without paying “beach” prices.

My mom and I stayed for a week to visit my daughter. The location was perfect. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots/pants, utensils, and the appliances seemed new. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again!

It is an older property that has had some recent upgrades. The price was right for it's condition and location. A lovely park was across the street and it was about 3/4 of a mile to the small downtown district. Leslie was quick to respond to questions. As a lover of terrazzo, hopefully one day they can have them repaired and polished. The top lock to the front door was missing a key. I would have felt better if there were two, as I really do not know the area. There was a cute bunny rabbit in the backyard.

The house needs a new iron, and dryer sheets other than that awesome

With finances and covid, attending a family funeral was questionable. Finding that this cozy listing was affordable was a blessing. It is just blocks from our Florida family. Quiet neighborhood, full appliances, two bedrooms . Perfect for us. We do not go to fancy chain hotels, do not need on the beach or gym or massage. We look for a secure setting, quiet, and walking to stores or attractions. Owner checked in to see if we had any questions. He also stated he had plans to replace some furniture. Yes the home needed some work, but who cares. It made our travel possible, was so close to family, was perfect for us. Thanks Julian!

The property was sold as if it was close to the beach and a beach front property. The property smelled musty and was just a old home rented out. It was okay but I wouldn't stay there again and have to pay a property fee where I ended up paying over $300 for a one night stay in a musty old home.

Great stay for us. The proximity to the US Sailing Center at Martin County was the reason for staying at this location.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you will need. The large appliances are new. There is an area to grill out back. As they say, location is key. This rental is near parks, dinning and close to shopping. We experienced unseasonably cold temps the week we stayed and did not have heat. The Property Manager, Grant was more than accommodating and responsive to our needs. He made the stay. We were considering leaving and if it had not been for him, we would have been on the next flight home.

It was exactly as presented, perfect for my daughter and me. Loved the spacious, up-to-date kitchen. I hope we can return next year, the location is great and fit our budget. If we had any suggestions for improvement, it would be grab bars in the walk-in shower (we found a walker at a thrift shop that we put in the shower), my daughter has serious balance issues. Also, a working plug in the bathroom, though we easily remedied with an extension cord. Safe neighborhood for strolling, right across the street from Langford Park, named for land donor Frances Langford. And what's not to love about the nearby Morning Magnolia mobile coffee establishment.

The home had all the amenities that you need especially the kitchen… It is an older home, which is in need of several repairs. The floor is quite worn out, baseboard moldings, and some other structures need replacing, and a lot of the furniture could be updated to newer . Also one one morning at 6:45 AM the landscapers came to do their mowing, etc. it was very loud and we were still sleeping which obviously woke us up. Overall the house met our needs and it was nice to have a park across the street and several nice areas to walk.

Clean, properly labeled :) many WiFi passwords to chose from. More kitchen amenities than I have seen in any rental It smells like an older home so kind of nice and nostalgic to me at least. They also have a unique sounding doorbell!

House was ready and clean. Key was available as promised. Property manager, Grant was easy to contact and responded immediately. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.Minutes from downtown with easy access to restaurants, bars and beaches. Awesome place for friends getaway.

Cute cottage located in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very nice and responsive. Cottage had all we needed for our two night stay. Full kitchen with everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever down that way again. Property manager was very sweet and kind.

After finding out we couldn't stay in our original location we were able to book this small cottage on very short notice. The host was very accommodating in letting us check in early and very very responsive in fixing a small maintenance issue. Good location, comfortable and quiet and easy to get to Stuart and Jensen downtown areas. Would stay here again without question.

Building was old, but with recent renovations, clean and comfortable. We had a good time.

A short 5 night stay to visit family. Cottage was very comfortable and homey with everything we needed will recommend to others. Host waa very quick to respond.

We checked in on 15th December. After being there a few days we woke up and noticed that big bites had been taken out of some fruit that we had placed on the counter. We dis-guarded the fruit and overlooked it, as we planned on hosting Christmas dinner for the family. On the fourth day we woke up and noticed that there were Rat feces on the counter, floor, counter top, kitchen table and chairs. After contacting the Host we noticed that the same problem with Rats existed with the prior occupants and the problem was never solved. We had to move out and stay in a hotel which spoiled our Christmas. We are currently seeking a full refund for our stay. I have never had this experience in a VRBO before. Very unpleasant.

We left early as we found the fruit left on the counter by the sink overnight was partially eaten when I looked in the morning. Judging by the evidence under the sink, we concluded there was at least one rodent - sounds heard at in roof also indicated unwanted residents. I have never had that experience in a VRBO before. Very unpleasant.

Stay was great. Centrally located. Great restaurants nearby. Cleaness could have been better. I somehow lost an earring getting ready for a wedding. I was on my hands and knees looking for this small earring. I saw so much built up filth all along the baseboard, in the corners of all those rooms. The original flooring had filled cracks which made the floor appear dirty. Carpets at one time were shaggy but felt not so good on the bare feet. Outside landscaping would have been a lot nicer I’d taken care of. I took it upon myself to sweep the palm leaves that fell however rain and wind came every day and seemed worthless of keeping up with it. Twisted the ankle real good having to stretch over the slippery leaves. Lcrevices rooms.
