Beautiful cottage - great location in Old Town near Colorado State University!

Loved the location! Very hard to identify the house from the alley at night! Description of the gate or a light on the house number would have helped

We Enjoyed the cozy and roomy feel to this small cottage. We spent a lot of time outside in the patio bbq area. We hosted a small birthday get together and the kitchen while challenging to cook on a small portable burner and an electric pan was actually fun! Everything we needed was thought of and easy to find. The decor was pleasing and beds were very comfortable. Also the location was quiet and convenient for a great walk to old town. We had a very good time staying in this adorable cottage.

Everything you might need is provided. Comfortable, clean, well-organized. The property is private and is a great location to walk to downtown FoCo. The host is easy to communicate with and responsive. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now; no need to go anywhere else for lodging!

The cottage was clean and well stocked with entertaining items, comfortable beds, and linens. Location was good, close enough to downtown without too much traffic. It might be smaller but the space is laid out perfectly and very cozy. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next time.

Everything we would want for a clean, comfy stay was included. The cute cottage is in a great location as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Love that!

Fantastic location, charming property and super clean. Very walkable to just about everything. Really appreciate the great communication with the host when we had a glitch with the wifi. All good and so appreciate her attentiveness.

We had a great stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for our daughter’s CSU move in. It was so cozy and nice to come back to after long hot days of carrying, building, walking, and stressing! Thank you so much for giving us a place to wind down, we hope to stay again while visiting our new Ram!!

A great place to stay in Ft Collins near restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, and the university. Unit is one of three on lot but it was surprisingly quiet even during graduation weekend. Downsides: no stove/oven, spiral staircase and very high tub. Loved raincoats and bikes. Will stay there again

The property is close to the CSU campus and shopping dining area only blocks away. The cottage is well designed to take advantage of every space. It is decorated very nicely and is well appointed. It has everything you need and then some. The space is great for 2 people but could be right for 4 however. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Ft Collins.

This place was so comfy. The host has thought of the details a guest might need. Because we were visiting our daughter we didn't test the kitchen but we really enjoyed the sunny and restful space. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything that we needed was on the property, the loft worked incredibly well, the outdoor spaces were inviting, the site was close to campus, the place was clean and delightful. The only glitch was that we didn't drive to the house, so we entered from the sidewalk (not the alley) and then had to contact Lynne to get directions to the property itself (instead of one of the other buildings on the site). But Lynne quickly answered our call and directed us to the proper front door.

This cottage was just right for the two of us to use as a home base. We enjoyed visiting with our family in their various homes. All four generations of us. Also, we love the Ft Collins area. Great visit!

Perfect sized backyard cottage and so close to campus! Had a great weekend at this place. I forgot it had bikes and we brought our own. The bike friendly layout of Ft Collins is so nice!

The place was clean, well kept and lovely. It was the perfect size for two adults and two kids (ages 8 and 10). The small kitchen was sufficient for cooking lots of simple meals. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and eating meals. The location was great for walking to many restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity of the rental to CSU can't be beat and the home had everything we needed. Lynn was great and I'd definitely look to rent this property again.

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my wife to stay while visiting our kids in Fort Collins. Old Town and the CSU campus are both within walking distance. There is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (the Bluebird is an awesome breakfast and lunch spot). The cottage was really clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very easy to communicate with and they truly want you to be happy while enjoying their little piece of Fort Collins. We will be back!
