I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful little rental. Perfect size for me and my two foreign exchange students. The place is compact, but the space is so brilliantly used - we had all the room we needed. Perfectly furnished and the kitchen was equipped better than some of the larger places we have stayed. Absolutely loved our time at CS (as always) AND our time at this lovely cottage.

The home is beautiful decorated and was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the close proximity to the social circle and restaurants and the quick ride via golf cart to the beach and pools. We especially loved our time on the serene downstairs and upstairs patios. The amenities including the TVs and kitchen were easy to use. We will definitely be back!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very well cared for beach house. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The owners didn’t miss a detail. We had everything we needed, with the exception of a good spot to put our groceries because the kitchen is so small, but we made it work. There’s a nice shower behind the house with a spot to dry and store your towels and beach toys. There is a great coffee maker so bring your ground coffee and enjoy the breeze on either patio. The beach and the “town circle” are super close so a golf cart isn’t necessary, but it’s certainly nice to have.

Reviewer Comments: Came for a wedding of one of the residents. 3 night stay. 3 persons. clarification needed how to use the front door lock as we had never used a lock of that type so ended up not locking the door the first night. Neighbor showed us next day how to lock/unlock. Keurig coffee maker, never figured out how to make it work. Looked brand new. Other coffee maker did work fine.
