We love this home! We've had so many great family memories here and we are excited to be able to share it with others! It has plenty of space inside with a large deck and a beautiful back yard. It's just 11 houses away from the best family beach in all of Santa Cruz and there is a warm outdoor shower for when you return home.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We absolutely loved this property, and it was the perfect place for our large group. We would love to come back again in a heartbeat! The three levels of the property worked out great, since our group included multiple families from all across the U.S. Having separation with the three levels for sleeping and also communal places to gather, like the game room and living room, worked out great for our group. Everyone had plenty of space, privacy, and separation, but also enough room for everyone to come together when desired. The backyard was wonderful and enjoyable, with beautiful landscaping and gardens, multiple levels, and various seating areas. We had dogs with us, and they loved exploring the backyard, too. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The beds were all very, very comfortable. The house stayed cool enough for us, and we did not even need to use any of the fans we brought with us. The location was fantastic. Close to downtown Santa Cruz and to Capitola, and to all the other destinations we had on our list. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Josh was very helpful during our stay and before our stay as well. His responses were quick and helpful, and he made sure our stay was excellent! I truly can't say enough good things about this property. By far the best vacation rental we have stayed in!

A 5 min walk to a great beach and some great restaurants. House is clean and spacious with some great landscaping. Different living spaces made it easy for our family with young kids. * they do have a pack and play, beach chairs and some limited sand toys. Overall, a great stay.

Our extended family of 9 rented this house for 4 nights. We couldn’t have been happier. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space. Beds are super comfy. We did a lot of cooking - the kitchen has everything you need. Best part - 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We’d walk down with our coffees in the morning and watch the surfers. Radiant heat floors in the master bathroom were a nice touch. Owner was super accessible. Zero complaints. Would definitely return.

Our family of six adults and four children, ranging in age from 84 to 6, had no trouble making ourselves at home. Great location for family, lovely yard and decks. Everyone wants to come back.

House is as pictured and a great location within walking distance to food and coffee. Loved being able to walk to the ocean. The top floor gets a little warm during the day but we opened windows to help. Great communication from the team and cookies and fresh flowers were a nice touch within the home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Cruz! There were 10 adults and a couple of kids, and we all agreed that we wanted to come back next year! The mixture of individual space combined with comfortable gathering spots was perfect. Great deck, lovely fenced back yard, Great kitchen, short walk to the beach. Good communication with the owners and property manager. Really, it was the perfect vacation spot.

We loved everything about this home. The location was excellent with just a short walk to the beach. The home was large with plenty of sleeping options on different levels. The decor was gorgeous and inviting, and the deck was great for hanging out in the evening with a glass of wine. High end kitchen was very well stocked. The special touches of fresh hydrangeas and chocolate chip cookies were thoughtful and appreciated. We were lucky to find this on short notice and very pleased with the rental. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Overall outstanding experience!

Beautiful home within a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is an older home that has been remodeled; great kitchen, delightful outdoor deck, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to easily accommodate 3 generations of our family. Two separate living areas allowed the kids to enjoy games and the TV in the upstairs family room, while the adults could gather downstairs. We look forward to a repeat visit.

I sort of hate telling the truth, because then everyone is going to want to book this house. Here's a summary of all the great things: - house is beautiful, coastal living decor throughout, tastefully done - very quiet street. We felt completely safe letting our 11 & 12 year olds walk to the beach on their own - no street parking nor parking lot nearby for beach visitors, so the beach down the street was not crowded at all. You pretty much had to be staying in a house on a surrounding street to access the beach, which we loved having a somewhat empty beach - the house is exactly as pictured. We had 6 adults and 6 kids; we loved that there were two living rooms. There were also lots of large closets in the kids rooms for them to have forts. Our kids also loved running around the backyard - this place was well stocked for us: plenty of silverware, kitchen towels, kids cups/bowls/plates. - the knives in the knife block were sharp, and actually cut food properly. I have never experienced this in a rental house I know someone else mentioned losing keys, but during our rental we didn't have any keys. It was an electronic lock on the front door. Cons - the bathrooms are on the smaller side. This didn't bother us, but I imagine some people might be annoyed. - kitchen table only holds 6. Again, this was fine for us as we had a kids table and an adults table - we used the table on the patio for our second table.

We loved staying at Josh’s home. The location was perfect. A short walk to a neighborhood beach, and to restaurants and coffee shops. A quick drive to the boardwalk, seymour aquarium, and downtown Santa Cruz. Josh was so easy to communicate with, and so gracious when we lost the keys. The house is very clean, comfortable, cherry and modern decor, and stocked with every necessity you would need. The kitchen was very well stocked, and easy to cook in! The backyard is big and well taken care of. The only downside to this house was the bathrooms. There is no bathroom on the main level of the house (only one is in the primary bedroom). The guest bathroom on the 2nd floor is very small, and a bit awkward to use. Either than that, the house was perfect for our family spring break vacation! Thank you Josh!
