Beautiful 4-bedroom cottage with AC, WiFi in enchanting Baileys Harbor

we did a family vacation with 3 generations 7 adults 2 children house was fabulous very clean kitchen great setting beautiful we used the kayaks and i fished off the pier great time Anne was terrific

My family is very partial to vacationing in Michigan. It took convincing to try visiting Door County since it is much easier to get to from suburban Chicago. Everyone was very pleased with our vacation! The house was beautiful and very well equipped for a group that likes to cook. The view of the lake from the living area was so nice. The fire pit made for nice evenings. The home location was central to all the sites that we visited. And we were lucky that the weather cooperated with apple picking, biking, golfing, etc.

We had a great time at Blue on Roo. Everything was as advertised plus. Anne was very easy to reach, if needed and check-in is easy, too. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the nine of us. Especially liked the kids bunkbed area being close to the other bedrooms, as we had toddlers. Overall, a five star week.

Beautiful home and perfect for a family reunion. Everything you need to enjoy the week are right there. The lake is gorgeous. Anne is available for any questions and is very helpful. We all had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful week at Anne’s property. The home is equipped with everything you need. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards & canoe that were available to us. Plenty of space for our 14 family members. Beautiful outdoor areas with great views. We can’t wait to go back!

Great property for a large family, such a well maintained home with all the amenities!

The only problem we have regarding this property is the fact that the scale won't allow us to give higher than a 5 rating!!! This was the best house we've ever rented in any location. We fell in love the minute we laid eyes on the house--even before we walked in the door. Driving into the driveway you quickly realize how beautiful the house is, how much land the house actually sits on, and how close you are to the water. The interior is what you would see in magazines like Luxe, Interior Design Magazine or Coastal Living etc. The family room and kitchen layouts are perfect with plenty of leisure and entertainment space. The views are amazing and the property is so user friendly for the entire family with the pier access, firepit and large grass areas to play. Bedrooms and bathrooms are picture perfect including in suite bathrooms for everyone. The kids bunk bedroom was a huge hit for sure. The property owners allow access to their canoe, Kayaks and paddle boards which allowed for great exercise, fun and the ability to navigate the beautiful (Kangaroo) Lake. The water was incredibly warm even when there was a cool breeze due to its shallow nature. This allowed you to stay in the water all day if you desired. It was hard to say goodbye but we hope to go back next year! So many memories made from watching the sunset, sitting by the fire, enjoying the water sports, cycling on the winding and rolling hills and enjoying the best house in Door County. The house was squeaky clean (cleaner than a room at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton) and the house was loaded with condiments, bathroom items and utensils etc. This made you feel like you never left home. The good news is that you don't have to look any further for a home to rent next summer. Enjoy Chicago Jay B

From start to finish our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. Our 14 family members and friends had a wonderful time swimming in the lake, paddle boarding, kayaking and playing bags! Didn't have time to set up the volleyball net but we did have bonfires in the evening. Everything was available to make this stay so perfect and Anne was alway available to answer questions if needed! The location on of the house on Kangaroo Lake was central to the rest of the spots on in Door County...everything seemed like 18 minutes way to hike, shop and enjoy a fish boil. Can't wait to return someday! We all did not want to leave. Oh, the evening sunsets from the dock were breathtaking! Thank you Anne and crew for a memorable family vacation! 10/10

I have rented many, many homes over the years, and this was one of the very few that actually exceeded my expectations. Not only is the house lovely, this spot on Kangaroo Lake is truly special. I highly recommend.
