My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location: close enough for friends to easily visit, quiet, comfortable, clean, well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils. We liked eating in and going to nearby restaurants, walking to the town beach every day, cycling on the canal trail, driving to the National Seashore, Provincetown, and Woods Hole for ferries. Would recommend for a simple, well-priced, relaxing holiday.
This house was such an adorable house with everything you could possibly want or need. I love the way it made us feel like we were at home and not staying in somebody's cottage. Jane was super responsive to all of our many questions and we found Sandwich to be just the greatest spot to stay where your far enough away from insane traffic and crowds yet just a drive away if that is what you're into. From Janes great recommendations to her flexibility with checking in, 19 Dexter Ave. gets a ✅ + ? from us!
My first time I rented and it’s best I ever did
Just a brilliant, wonderful time at Jane's property! We love the location, walkable to all of Sandwich and to the beach. Nice and quiet in winter, with a great fireplace :-). Super comfortable space, and great wifi for remote working. As an FYI - the mattress on the main bed is a tempurpedic foam mattress, which would be a little warm for us in summer but was very nice in winter. Thank you Jane!!
Our family of four absolutely love Jane's cottage in Sandwich. It was a great location for exploring all the great Cape Cod beaches and towns. The cottage had all we needed and was super comfortable and cozy.
Our second time staying in this location. House is great. Excellent location as you are 5 minutes from the beach, mini-golf, restaurants and the Marina. Location is great as you're not a long drive from Falmouth or Plymouth! Our host is great and very responsive!
This was a cozy home in a lovely neighborhood so close to a few different beaches! We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outdoors, and relaxed on the patio and porch. We were kept cool in the house despite 90+ degree days! We ate at several of the restaurants within walking distance that the host recommended and absolutely loved them.
Great rental if you can use a small house. Jane is a wonderful host…communication was perfect. Location is good for walking to beach, Marina, shops.
The cottage was very clean, comfortable (including central air), and the location couldn't be better. A ton of restaurants and shops within a five minute drive. The kids loved it. Town Neck Beach is a five minute drive away. Owner is very accommodating and very helpful!
We had a great week. The house is nice looking, comfortable and has everything we needed. The location was fantastic with an easy walk to the beach.
