The host was fantastic – great communication throughout the trip. The property was just as advertised and we had an awesome stay. It is somewhat hard to get to and there’s not much around, but well worth the drive once you’re there.

This place is incredible. Beautifully designed and decorated house. Lots of room and stunning views from all windows. Peaceful. Relaxing. Quiet. Beautiful outdoor areas. Then you can go down to the beach and hang out. We had 9 ladies in their 50s and every one who walked in was in awh. The road getting there is a bit interesting as it’s rocky/dirt w some water and pot holes. Glad I brought a truck. Others had a car and were able to make it. Glad I didn’t take my car low to the ground though. 3 large bedrooms one w a king and 2 w queens. Beds were comfy. Linens were provided and ready to go, meaning we didn’t have to make our beds like other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, which is ridiculous. The top room has 2 larger bunk beds. Those that stayed in that room said the beds were a bit squeaky and not quite as comfy, but worked. Loved loved loved this place. It’s a hidden gem. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

If you are looking for a very private beach front property with gorgeous views all around, look no further. You can sit on the sand or the deck, either way your enjoying the beach. My entire family (9 of us) and 2 grandkids stayed for one week. We bought groceries and never left to go anywhere because we enjoyed it that much. Plenty of space ! The house is only a couple of years old and is spotless. The owner, George and Lisa are quick to respond to any questions you might have. I’m 69 years old and have rented many beach front properties over the years. This was by far the best experience! We are already looking forward to renting next year. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this vacation home. Check-in was a no brainer. Owner used the last four digits of our telephone number as the code to get in the door. My husband was the “chef” and felt the kitchen was well equipped for his needs. The kitchen was spacious and because it opened to the seating area we could all be together while someone was preparing food. The view from the wrap around windows was great! Beds were comfortable. We were 7 adults, 3 children ages 7,10 and 20 months. It was nice to have the top floor for the family of 4, fun for the kids. Lots of steps to climb so be ready. Having the beach so close allowed for the baby to take her nap on time and not have to bring lunch to the beach or go to a restaurant worked out perfectly for us. I got rave reviews from the family for choosing this home for vacation!

We had a wonderful Cape Cod vacation with friends and family. The beach house was spotless and right on the sand, and we couldn’t believe how private and serene it felt. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The kids loved the loft with bunk beds, and George was such a kind and thoughtful host. We enjoyed beach volleyball, ladder ball, and even spotted seals swimming by. The beach does get a bit rocky near the ocean (water shoes are a good idea), and while there aren’t restaurants within walking distance, the peace and quiet made it truly special. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful. Incredible views from every room. The 3rd floor was the perfect space for the kids. The house had everything we needed.

Beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped home with plenty of room. Tucked away at the end of a dirt road, the peaceful setting and views made it worth the bumpy ride. Sand fleas were a nuisance and kept us from enjoying the deck as much as we’d hoped—some outdoor bug treatment could help. Overall, a very nice stay.

The house is immaculate and cozy! Private beach access was a dream come true. Once you arrive, you really don’t have to go anywhere else…. and we didn’t want to leave.George was always helpful and available when we had questions! Thank you Lisa and George so much for the stay!

This rental was exactly as described: sparkling clean, brand new, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, very private and we enjoyed the most breathtaking sunsets every night. The house itself was a dream - spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family vacation. But what truly made the difference was George, the owner. He was incredibly attentive and responsive to our every need, making the entire booking and stay effortless. We can't wait to return next year!
