Stayed Oct 25, 2025Fabulous house. 3 couples staying the weekend. the house was more than we expected. Lovely stream and seating to rear and beach views. A great house if you have children, a cupboard full of games, dvd's PlayStation etc. Would definitely return with the grandchildren.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A very comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage. Access to the beach is easy and you have a sea view from several rooms. When we arrived there was a home made cake a bottle of wine and a bottle of milk waiting for us. The cottage makes an ideal base to explore the Norfolk coast. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beach Retreat is a spacious, modern house in a superb location, close to the beach, pub and local facilities. It is an excellent base for exploring the Norfolk coast and hinterland. The area is pleasantly quiet at night, despite the closeness of the pub which seems to attract a mature clientele. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fabulous holiday and great location. Mavis was a wonderful host . We were greeted with wine , a homemade cake, and tea and coffee essentials. The holiday home itself was spotless and spacious . Ideal family holiday home , in prime location. Lovely beach , and close to the local pub. We will definitely return . Thank you Mavis .
