Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had a great week! The house was perfect! We were a 5 min. walk to a private beach! We loved watching the waves and surfers near Fisherman’s’ Memorial! There are plenty of restaurants nearby! Great communication from owners and very nice neighbors! We hope to visit again!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This is our second time renting this cottage but we've been renting in Breakwater for 20 years. Some of our favorite features of this rental is the 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, covered porch to enjoy breezy relaxing, quick & easy walk to the private beach, fridge with water/ice machine, lots of room and excellent A/C! Michele the owner is very responsive and accomodating. You won't be disappointed- we've never been.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Updated cottage offered plenty of room. Ductless AC units in rooms allowed individual temp settings. Loved having a washer/dryer and 1.5 baths! Front porch seating was extra comfy and became a fav spot to relax and enjoy breezy evenings. Owner was very reponsive. Self check-in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again.
