Stayed Sep 1, 2025The house was small but had a great view of the bay. The beds were comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were very good. The kitchen could use a small dishwasher. There were a lot of live and dead insects and spiders in the house which made our stay less desirable.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Really enjoyed the stay here, very close to Burlington and a great lake escape. The beach is much bigger and nicer than expected, and use of paddleboards and kayak made for a really fun place to stay. Plenty of space, clean, and tons of outdoor areas to relax in. Recommend!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Great location to the sights of Vermont. Spacious home for 4 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small but fine to make adequate meals. But for us , we like to do takeouts when on vacation. This home is on the water, making great views. Too much sea grass to get over to swim but there are kayaks to enjoy.
