This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. We had plenty of parking (a must for busy beach days when the public lots fill up!) and it is easily walkable to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the inside temperature was nice and cool because the A/C worked great! The place could probably use a half-bath, as truly our only issue was just people having to wait to use the restroom when others were showering- but that was a very minor issue. Definitely recommend this rental!

The cottage was wonderful. Location is great! Easy beach access and access to all the great bars and restaurants Tybee has. The host also had great communication during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

I love that is ground level and a very short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It is very well equipped and the beautiful decor makes you feel like you are in a home instead of a rental. Such a great space in the heart of Tybee 3The team was super helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The places very clean and so close to the beach. Parking was the only issue we had it was hard to turn a full size around but got easier as we got use to it.

The mermaids are friendly and help when needed even reach out to us if we leave valuables after our stay. It’s close to the beach and has everything you need to cook after you hit up the IGA. Rooms are big and comfortable. The loft area is my kids favorite. You need to book this place if you’re heading to Tybee to get the real experience.

We loved this property and it was perfect for our family! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The location can't be beat, the beach is half a block away and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The porch is great for relaxing with morning coffee or eating outside. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Bedrooms are separated into two sides with the kitchen in the middle. The home was comfortable and clean, with attractive furnishings. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean with beautiful views. We visited nearby Savanah and the many interesting sites and restaurants in this historic city. The home does have a small apartment connected to it, but the residents are quiet. This beach community offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the local sushi restaurant is top notch.
