Reviewer Comments: This property was great in so many ways, it was clean, new, sunny, and the furnishing and kitchen were decorated so nicely and well thought out. However, I would say this layout is NOT for 6 people unless you have 4 children that all go to bed at the same time or you have 2 children and will bring a nanny with you to sleep next to them. As another reviewer mentioned there is one beautiful king room with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and the second bedroom with a queen bed is on the second floor, however, you have to walk through the bunk room to get to the queen room. We have 2 kids and my parents came for a few days, it was tricky since the kids went to bed early and my parents had to sneak into the bunk room to get to their room and also the bathroom. In my opinion, this is a 2 bedroom house with a bunk room in between. Again I think it's great for a family of 4, but more than that and it's a hassle with the layout. I wish I had understood this more before booking. Or I wish they would provide floor plans of the homes. Again, the house itself was great otherwise, so close to the town center, cafe and restaurants, and a fast golf cart ride to the beach and pools. The shared backyard is a lot smaller in person and unfortunately, when I was there most people used it to take their dogs to the bathroom. We let the kids play in the central parks vs this area. Also, note this house doesn't have an outdoor shower, there is a hose on the side of the house but you come home VERY sandy from the beach and need something to clean off. The last thing to note is that the kitchen is very well stocked, but it's small, with not a lot of counter space (besides the island) or cabinet space for your dry foods. we had to move some things around in the cabinets to fit all the snacks and dry foods for the kids for 6 days. If you plan to eat out all the time it's not an issue, but with kids, we cooked a lot so it was a bit tight.

It is very compact and would not be as enjoyable for a longer period or if there were 4 adults plus kids. Gentleman working at the desk for golf cart rental was bordering rude but everyone else was very nice.

We were traveling with 4 teens so it was nice for them to just pop over to the lawn for the evening activities. Te house was cute. We were surprised by the upstairs room layout however. The shared bathroom is NOT a jack and jill, so if a kid needed the bathroom at night, they had to go through the other bedroom to get there. That's not ideal when you have 4 teens that are not related and opposite sex. They felt a bit uncomfortable about that specific part of layout. In the end, it was fine, but we would not rent here again as it's not the best layout for our family and friends. I imagine this would be a great layout for parents in one room and little kids in the bunk beds next door.And, the rental came with only one tab of dishwasher cleanser which is weird for a 4 night stay and no where on the property to purchase more. For the price of these rentals I would think they would offer more dish soap and dishwasher fluid especially since they require that you run the dishwasher at the end of your stay. We'll bring our own next time but I feel like that's lost opportunity to make your guests feel positive about the rental.

Kitchen was well stock with cooking items! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone! Don't look far, this is your place!

The lawn outside this house made a perfect place for picnics. House was clean and so cute.
