Stayed Mar 11, 2024We had medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and the location was perfect. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022Great location and great fenced back yard. Comfy master bed and LR sofas. Bathrooms need updating. Kitchen dishes and service wear extremely worn. Grill nasty. Piles of sand under sofa and area rug. Loft area has very steep steps and no air. Four bicycles take up single garage so no space for your car, which we needed as we were there for 5 weeks and during Ian hurricane.

Stayed Jul 9, 2021The layout of the home was really good for vacationing with the family. You will want to drive to the beach unless you have a bike. Check- in was easy and the property was nice.

Stayed Jun 23, 2021We rented this home for the LOCATION. Lovely new kitchen and living room furniture. The beach cruisers are awesome for riding to the beach, local stores, etc. Easy to work with if any issues come up. We really enjoy it and will continue to rent here as much as possible when we come to watch UNF Volleyball games!
