Enjoy bay views from both rooms and from the deck. How about an “al fresco” breakfast or curling-up on the window seat with a good book At only 2.5km from Russell Village, you can explore all that Russell and the Bay of Islands has to offer or simply relax, watch the tides ebb and flow and spot the fish jumping.

For snacks and simple meals there’s a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, cooktop and microwave oven (note: it does not have a conventional oven). There’s also a nespresso machine for your morning coffee. For your comfort, there are insect screens on two windows and a wall-mounted AC unit.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with professionally laundered linen. The window seat is the perfect place to relax with a book, listen to music or just take in the view. And you don’t need to live out of your suitcase - make yourself at home by unpacking your luggage into the built-in shelving, drawers and hangers. The compact en-suite bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a well-appointed shower.

Outside, you will find a large, partially enclosed deck so you can relax outside even if you need shelter from a light shower or the hot sun. Make use of the attached carport for undercover parking.

We manage our property with conservation in mind and aim to be environmentally sustainable: appliances are water-efficient and low-energy, facilities for composting and recycling are provided. This is a “Kiwi Zone” so you might hear kiwi calling at night.

This is the perfect place to experience all that Russell has to offer - 2.5km to the village and swimming beaches. Or use it as a base for road-trips to Oke Bay and Elliott's Beach, boat trips to the islands or longer tours to Cape Reinga.
