GREAT HOUSE for a large family gathering. Good situation away from bustle of Salcombe but about 20 steps to front door. Single bed mattresses awful with springs sticking into us. Decor in and out improved from our previous visit. We were grateful for the cafetiere which arrived promptly. The gutters looked new but leaked badly at one end when it rained.
