Stayed Mar 21, 2024The Banana Breeze was the perfect cottage for us in Clearwater. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. We enjoyed the heated private pool in the backyard and liked how we had guaranteed parking right in front of our cottage. My only suggestion for this property and its attached cottages would be to provide wagons so your guests had a way to easily transport their belongings to the beach. We struggled to carry all of our things to and from the beach every day. A wagon would’ve been appreciated. We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list when visiting Clearwater.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Check in was very easy. The unit was updated from the pictures on the listing. Kitchen has all the amenities needed for your stay. Quiet neighborhood two blocks away from fine dining and casual dining , beach and shops.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We had a great week at banana breeze. The photos online don’t do it justice, as it was just recently renovated. Grounds were beautiful and it was right in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, etc. James was a great host and super accommodating. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025It was a very well located, quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. There were a few night we had cockroaches and the air conditioning was locked which for menopause was not great a night.
