We had a great stay, the cottage is very cozy and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is great, very peaceful and quiet. Lots of nice walks.

We stayed at Balmeanoch during mid July. It is rustic (it is an old farmhouse), very comfortable, well provisioned with utensils, crockery etc. It is situated on a hillside accessed by a rough track from the main single track road along South Lochearnhead. This adds to its attraction for a get away from it all holiday break. Main towns in the area can be reached easily for any provisions and sight seeing.

Very comfortable, stunning location, you even your own hare on the property. Red deer on the top of the hill in the evening. nice walks including climbing 2 munroes in 1 walk. good starting point to visit Lomond, the trossarchs and Glencoe.

A few friends stayed for Hogmanay and it was a perfect spot. Rustic and could do with a bit of a spruce up, but great for the price. Very cosy.
