Bahia - charming seaside cottage, wooden loft and shutters, garden, staff

The place was beautiful.

If you are looking for oceanfront only mere steps to a nearly private soft sandy beach with snorkeling right in your little bay…or if you are looking to sit and listen to the waves and read..or if you want great meals that you don’t have to shop for or cook…then book this perfect little cottage! All of these things are here and you do not have to leave your haven! It was exactly what we were looking for!Janet cooked our meals while Cassie kept the inside spotless and Chris made sure the garden area was as well groomed and taken care of as the cottage. They are all great to get to know, as is the property manager, Gary. Gary is quick to respond to any questions you might have before you book and truly cares that your vacation is perfect.As mentioned by other guests, if you are a light sleeper you will hear cars and an occasional dog barking. I wore earplugs but my husband said her never heard a thing. Bring some and you have them if needed. Easy.We booked again for next year before we even arrived!

Great little villa on a more private beach in Runaway Bay was awesome! Janet, Cassandra and the crew were fantastic! Janet prepared some beautiful Jamaican meals, fabulous breakfasts and any snacks as well as adult beverages we needed! The ladies were very personable and also provided us privacy. Gary, our host, was very charming and helpful! We will definitely book here again!

Our recent stay at Siesta Villas was nothing short of a dream come true.The breathtaking views of the ocean, the private access to the beach, and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore were nothing short of magical. Siesta Villas exceeded our expectations in every possible way, making it an unforgettable vacation experience. The chefs prepared delicious Jamaican dishes using local ingredients, giving us a taste of authentic Jamaican cuisine. Each meal was a flavorful journey through Jamaica's rich culinary heritage, and the personalized service added a touch of elegance to every dining experience. The security team deserves special mention as well. Their vigilant presence provided us with an unparalleled sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. We truly felt like our well-being was their top priority. The grounds keeper's meticulous care of the property was evident at every turn. The lush greenery, impeccably manicured lawns, and vibrant flora created a serene oasis that was a joy to explore. The seclusion and privacy of the villa, combined with the quietness of the surroundings, made it the ideal setting for a productive and relaxing work vacation. We're already planning our next visit and will be enthusiastically recommending this paradise to our friends and family!

Overall we had a great stay . Janet was amazing. So kind and caring. She really took care of us . Transportation was very expensive but Steve and Colleen were very kind . Thank goodness we had access to the pool The cottage needs some work . Marlin was a sweetheart!! He helped us whenever we needed anything! Hard worker !!

We had a wonderful time in Runaway Bay at Bahia and Baywatch. The staff was amazing and took very good care of us. Transportation to and from the airport was easy and we even went on a little souvenir shopping trip. The property grounds are beautiful and ocean view is amazing, with beautiful sunsets. We wanted a relaxing vacation and definitely got what we asked for. Thank you Gary, and all the staff. Susan and Mark W.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bahia cottage. It is beautiful, just like the photos and right on the beach! The grounds are immaculate too. The staff took such good care of us and it was very hard to say goodbye. We are already planning our return visit!!
