The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area withseating for eight guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a conservatory with seating. Four bedrooms: 2 x super-king-size, 1 x bunk, 1 x twin (can be converted to 1 super-king-size on request).along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private rear lawn, gravelled area with furniture, hot tub charcoal barbecue and fire pit, a raised-level terrace with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 6.1 miles you will find a shop and within 5.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also provided. Escape to Devon with a stay at Ashlea, any time of year. Town: The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has wonderful architecture, including some fine Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. You can take a stroll to the Dog friendly Willow Tree Cafe and Woodland Walk or visit the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
