Annapolis waterfront tiny house in garden setting

This tiny house and the property it sits on is simply magical! Beautiful views of the gardens and water can be seen from every window. The tiny house is well appointed and the design and details of the house were well thought through. The finishes in the bathroom are beautiful. It provided my husband and me the perfect place to escape and unwind from life for a couple of days. Thank you to our hosts and we can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again!

Our stay here was so relaxing and beautiful. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The owners were excellent at communicating with us and gave excellent instructions on everything from getting to the property and accessing the property.

Quiet, near the water and good choices of nearby restaurants.

This tiny cottage is out of a dream. It’s in the middle of a flourishing garden and there’s a beautiful view of the river, especially outside the window as you sip your coffee. It was perfect for a solo traveler and I felt very safe. The hosts are very communicative but also give you space and privacy. Just a heads up, if you’re visiting in the spring/early summer, be mindful of the mayflies. I had to run out to my car a few times one night and didn’t turn the lights off in the house and a bunch of mayflies flew in. They’re harmless, but can be a nuisance if you’re not mindful. There’s a beautiful park right next to the tiny house and I wish I had spent more time there. Another quick note, the 2nd bedroom is in the loft at the top of a ladder. It felt too high for me, so I stayed on the pullout couch. There are a lot of wonderful and thoughtful touches throughout the house that make it very elegant. The shower is beautiful, there were beautiful antique chairs that gave the decor a slight southwest feel, and the tv is hidden in a matching cabinet. Overall I had a great time! Would stay here again.

Beautiful location. The only downside is that the bed is an air mattress, and there were a lot of silverfish due to the forest location.

Beautiful location and setting, close to shops and fine dining and other attractions

This little cottage was charming, we loved staying here. It is nestled into a lovely quiet gated area on the Severn River. It was cute, clean and cozy. There was a nice flower garden that welcomed us towards the front door, with a tiny porch providing a serene spot to sit and take in the view of the water.Inside, climbing up a ladder into the loft , complete with skylights, made it feel like a treehouse.. There is an alternative option to sleep on the sleep sofa if you are unable to make the journey up the ladder to the loft where there is an inflatable mattress . We enjoyed our stay and felt that we had everything that we needed. We hope to be able to come back sometime when we can stay longer and explore the area more. I absolutely loved this VRBO! It is close to USNA where I was visiting my son yet you feel like you’re in a quiet old growth forest next to the ocean- peaceful, wonderful and interesting to walk around the neighborhood, and just enough space for our needs. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent location nearby Annapolis but secluded with a view overlooking water. Beautiful tiny home. This is our second stay at this location. They designed the tiny home expertly and it comfortably housed me and my friend for the weekend. I highly recommend this quaint getaway.

We flew into Baltimore with plans to visit DC a couple of times but did not want to stay in DC or Baltimore so we found this beautiful, quaint place near Annapolis. We chose it for what looked like a serene setting right near the river with beautiful grounds and we were not disappointed at all. The hosts live in the house next door and keep up the property very well and they were very responsive to our questions. The home itself was very comfortable with everything a couple might need while staying there. The sleeping is on the queen sofa bed or an inflated mattress in the loft upstairs and surprisingly both were very comfortable for a full nights rest.My wife loves the tiny house experiences we have had and this one was near the top of her list. The only thing that took some getting used to was the drive into and through the neighborhood was a little challenging due to the narrow roads and tight turns but it is also what made the neighborhood so charming to begin with. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This property was absolutely lovely for a little weekend getaway with my wife. The tiny house is comfortable, clean, and quaint. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path. The people we met as we walked around were super friendly. We loved the river views and plan to return in the spring.

Overall, it was a beautiful location, peaceful, relaxing and very solitary which met our goals. They had more things available than what was actually listed for amenities which was fantastic! The two sleeping options were the only things that made the stay uncomfortable...but this is only our opinion, so do not let that sway you from staying here. The owner(s) will address the ladder mounting for safety concerns. Overall we had a lovely time and were grateful for the experience! The location is breathtaking and we were very close to major stores, restaurants and attractions.

My friend and I planned a kid-free weekend reunion and this tiny home was the perfect place for us to stay. We’re already hoping to come back again next year. The tiny home was the perfect size for the two of us. I slept on the pull out sofa and it was very comfy. My friend slept in the loft and she also enjoyed the sleeping arrangements up there. The bathroom is very nice. High quality. Great finished. The water pressure was a bit too hard for our taste in the shower, but the shower was otherwise great. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the privacy of this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay in Marguerite and Mike's beautiful tiny home by the water. The location was beautiful and the tiny home was perfect for our small group.

We loved our stay! It was a perfect location for us, as it we were visiting family in the same community. The waterfront location did not disappoint - coffee & sunrise over the Severn River, USNA crew teams rowing along the river and a nice little park adjacent to the cottage, sit and view the beauty.

This property was exactly as shown! Super clean, well furnished and in an absolutely beautiful and private area. Myself and two other adult women stayed here very comfortably. The only detail I’d point out is that I do think the loft area would be quite difficult to get to for older folks (but there is also a large pull-out bed in the couch). We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. The host was very nice and responsive. Overall we were extremely happy we chose to stay here!

My wife and I stayed here for the Annapolis boat show for a long weekend. Perfect size for a couple. Beautiful property. Clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!
