Anastasia Lodge-Family & Dog Friendly Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to everything else we wanted to do near St Augustine. The house is spacious and had a large, private, fenced in yard for our dog which was awesome. It was nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants and a short drive to historic downtown. Being able to park in the dedicated driveway in front of the house was nice too. I highly recommend for location and space.

House is convenient to the beach, Anastasia State Park, and walking distance to many restaurants. In a quiet little neighborhood being a block off A1A. House was spotless and the fenced yard secure for two terriers.

Great location! Quiet and peaceful! We loved being able to walk to restaurants. Easy beach access! Furniture and bed were comfortable! We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Had one issue with hot water heater not working when we arrived. The repair qas finished in a timely manner. Also keep an eye on air it wants to go to default setting of 75. The yard was fenced in with a nice tall fence. Neighborhood was nice and quite. We drove to the park instead of walking to beach. Drive was about 2 minutes if that. Plenty of towels and large washer and dryer. Will stay here again. Maybe a 10 to 15 minute ride to historic st augustine. Salt life restaurant was close and was good.

Older home in great location, close to restaurants and beach. Home was clean with newer kitchen Great backyard if you bring a dog. Check in was easy and manager was responsive.

The place was perfect. Large bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The yard was amazing and relaxing with more than enough room for our dogs to explore. The location was within walking distance to everything you could want.

We had a wonderful stay. Nice location and plenty of room for our group of 4.

The house has 2 good size bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Washer/Dryer area off the bedroom. Plenty of table seating area in the dining area off the living room and in the large kitchen. The backyard was perfect..lots of shade trees, plenty of outdoor seating. 3 min walk to the beach area..Location is close to everything. Only negative thing I would say is the house needs some plumbing work done. New bathroom sink and tub faucets and toilets. The faucets are older and do not want to work correctly. We did have an issue with a toilet and the owner came himself to repair it and asked us to send him a list of things we had issues with so he would be able to work on them. If the faucets and toilets were replaced, we would have given a perfect rating. Other thing is that the one bedroom closet was full of personal stuff and had no hanging room in it for our stuff. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine.

Easy access to everything

This house is in a great location. Excellent backyard for the dog. Stayed here in June and everything was wonderful but since then the shower in the main bathroom isn’t working well. Both bathrooms need updating and the toilet runs and the faucet drips. Other than that great stay. Just update the bathrooms.

Everything we needed was there and convenient! Great place and so handy to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, perfect yard for pets. Plenty of room for everyone. 2 1/2 bathrooms is a plus. Very clean and yard kept up during stay. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the visit. The beach was the only disappointment

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard was perfect for my 2 littles to run and play. It was spacious enough for us to spread out after a long day to relax and a very close walk to the beach. There were a few lizards/bugs in the house but it wasn’t too big of a deal - it’s Florida after all.

The property was fabulous! My daughter’s little dog enjoyed the backyard and the short walk to the beach. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room for dining and socializing! Loved the property and will be definitely booking again !!!
