We absolutely loved our stay at afterglow. The peaceful surrounds, well equipped accomodation and kind hospitality of the host were highlights. We enjoyed the delicious food in the township of Bellingen and the national park at dorrigo, both of which are only a short drive from afterglow.

A beautiful location, complete solitude and silence , perfect for de-stressing! Wonderful amenities and a welcoming wine and nibbles. Then there is the Eggs and Bacon breakfast! Lots of different birds and a few wallabies inhabit the property and the Spa at night, provides relaxation under the stars.

Had a wonderful relaxing escape. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and comfortable retreat.

The only complaint we have is that it was way too short! The cottage which had everything and more was just magnificent. The beautiful interior and exterior, nature and your friendly welcome was top notch, thank you!

This truly was a stay to remember, 2-nights was not long enough. Afterglow exceeded our expectations by a mile! Agnes personally welcomed us upon arrival, and left us some beautiful products within the fridge to enjoy during our stay. The cottage itself was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed showers looking out at nature, and spent hours within the outdoor bath enjoying wine and each others company while taking in the stunning view. It was incredibly quiet, all you could hear was the birds chirping and the odd car going past. The location of the properly was very close to Bellingen and other surrounding towns, so getting around was very easy. I feel there is so much more to say, but this sums it up perfectly. Just an amazing stay, and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Agnes is a wonderful host. She's so friendly and helpful. The property was perfect for us to celebrate our anniversary. Close to national parks and lots of hikes. We loved the spa bath in the deck, and spent many hours in it watching the stars. The only noises was nature - and the odd car going past on the road. We will go back!
