Stayed Aug 5, 2025The three of us were very comfortable staying in this quaint little cottage. WiFi worked perfectly. Very cozy comfy living room and dining room. Kitchen cleanliness did not meet our expectations. However we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We stayed July 4th weekend for a family wedding in Kennebunk Port. The house is in a great location, only minutes from the town and a walkable distance to the beach. The house is spacious and laid out well. The air conditioning kept the house cool on hot days. The large kitchen was nice. The owner was easy to contact and accommodating.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023My husband and i rented this home for three days. We brought my elderly mother and sister. Nick,the owner, was very accomadating and allowed us to bring our dog. We were in the area to visit family. The house is lovely. It was accessible for my mother all one floor. It is nicely decorated...lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay. Great location !!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Nick’s place was great for our small family escape. It’s much larger than it appears and was setup well for our dog and toddler. The location is great, quietly tucked away from Dock Square (5 min drive) and some of the most popular beaches (4 min drive).
