This magnificent home features gingerbread and scroll, 1880's mantle, large living room, dining room, washer/dryer, television, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the summer breeze on an extra-large screened front porch, with picnics on the side yard. The first-floor bedroom has one queen bed, full bath, and washer/dryer utility room provides easy access. Five second-floor bedrooms with one queen (new bed for 2020 season), three doubles, and two twin beds, and two full bathrooms with skylights, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Downstairs, a full bath features a stall shower. Upstairs the master bath features a stall shower, and a second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Central air keeps it cool on the warmest days. One upstairs balcony on the front of the house, screened front porch, and a back porch are all perfect for gatherings. Maximum Occupancy is 12. No pets allowed.
