A quick bike ride takes you to Seaside, one of 30A’s most loved spots for farmers markets, local shops, restaurants, and food trucks the whole family can enjoy.

* Please note: Guests will be required to use stairs, there is not an elevator.

🐚 BEACH ACCESS
The beach is less than a 10-minute walk from Riley’s Retreat, with several easy access points nearby.

→ Ramsgate Beach Access – Our favorite and the easiest nearby walkover access, with beach service available.
→ Eastern Lake Beach Access – A beautiful nearby access with a shower, bike rack, and some parking. Depending on water levels, you may need to cross the coastal dune lake to reach the beach.
→ Walton Dunes Beach Access – Offers golf cart parking and easy step-free access straight onto the sand.

→ Towels - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay. Beach towels are also included for your convenience.

→ Parking - There is space available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is not permitted.

→ Location – The home is located on a quiet dirt road, offering a bit of country charm and a peaceful setting while still being conveniently located near everything the area has to offer.

→ Local Recommendations – We love sharing our favorite local spots with guests and have created a custom guidebook filled with our go-to restaurants, coffee shops, beach accesses, and hidden gems nearby.
