We loved staying at NBR- and this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay! It’s a great location- near to the beaches and restaurants shops on 5th and 3rd. Owner is very responsive.Can’t wait to go back!

Allen and Greg were wonderful Host very responsive cannot say enough about our experience. The place was spotless. Just a wonderful experience. If I could rate this higher I would.i a 10. If you’re planning on coming to Naples, you need to contact Allen and Greg the experience was out of this world. We stayed 17 days and plan on coming back next year for at least three weeks..

Great location and condo, resort amenities close to downtown Naples

Very clean, great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This property is very centrally located to all the fun things to do and see in Naples! Very well equipped kitchen if you like to cook We went out to the many wonderful restaurants. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Mattress was very comfortable. The ONLY thing we would have liked, room darkening shades in the bedroom. Otherwise, A great two week vacation!

This property is fantastic. The unit appears to have recently redone. The decor is tasteful and beautiful. Easy parking and very secure. Super convenient to pool area. My favorite lazy river was never crowded. We used the shuttle to go to the beach. They picked us up right at the unit which was super convenient. Host responded quickly to a couple questions. Everything we needed was included in the unit- initial supplies were great. We will not hesitate to book again!

Great stay. Place was clean, well stocked, large, and updated. We didn’t use the amenities much but the pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Beach is closeby and availability of chairs and umbrellas from the resort was helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice beautiful property

This property was perfect for our family of five. We had a wonderful time on the resort and also out while exploring the and local beaches.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! Close to downtown Naples close to several great beaches and the resort pool area was amazing too. The host was also wonderful and communicating quickly when I needed that. The beds were super comfortable and the place was cozy clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again!

Great 2 bedroom cottage. Short walk to pool and clubhouse. Home was beautiful and well maintained. Would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort. The condo had everything that we needed, was clean, and a great little resort off of the 5th ave strip (but close enough to get to). The shuttle was super convenient to have a day on the beach or head downtown. We traveled with 2 young kids, and we fit comfortably in the condo.

Spacious,clean,well furnished with everything you need. All you need to do is tick the fridge and enjoy yoursekf.

We have been coming to Naples Bay Resort for 15 years now & this villa was the best equipped for all of our family’s needs! We will definitely book it again, overlooking the tennis courts & pool with luxury immenitie!

I will attempt not to make this long but the stay was a nightmare. We reserved this trip back in March never expecting Hurricane Milton to hit. We asked the host if we could cancel the trip but he was not having it so we went down trying to make the best of it and not to lose all that money. Long story short, the Governor declared a state of emergency in our county and we had to leave for Fort Myer and try to get out before the hurricane. It was difficult but we made it out. VRBO sent an email waiving fees and indicated the host was to reimburse us for the days we did not stay. The host shortchanged us and I am trying to get come of my money back and to make things even worse, he accused us of breaking a lamp which was not even in the living room. Trust me I always give reviews for those who deserve accolades but this time, I have to warn people. I have never experienced this type of treatment on vacation in my lifetime. It truly was a nightmare. Naples is nice, the property from what we can tell was nice but if you choose to stay at this property, I would strongly recommend another Host. Renters beware.

Great stay in this two bedroom unit at Marco Bay Club! Alan (manager/owner) was extremely flexible and considerate with our dates, which needed to be moved due to tropical storm. Upgraded unit with contemporary finishes and all conveniences of upscale hotel. Will surely be back there soon.
