Charming cottage of 56 m2, recently renovated, ideally placed to visit the castles of the Loire Valley and the Beauval Zoo or discover the forests and ponds of Sologne. Located on the edge of the Cher, there is only the bridge to cross to access, in five minutes on foot, in the center of Selles sur Cher where are nearby shops, restaurants and the Thursday morning market.
With a private terrace facing south, overlooking the pool, the cottage is located on the ground floor on our property and is independent of our house. You can enjoy the swimming pool in common with our other two-person cottage, stroll in the garden, use the barbecue.
This cottage, renovated very recently, consists of a large living room of 28m2 with open kitchen fully equipped, opening onto a terrace of approximately 10m2 with deck chairs and garden furniture. Towels are provided as well as a basic grocery store. The room of 19 m2 is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200) made on your arrival. The bathroom has a large shower and separate toilets. Are provided two large towels, two small towels, two bath mats and two bath towels for the pool, a hair dryer.

Fresh drinks, fruit juice and a bottle of sparkling wine from the region are offered upon arrival.
You have a baby, we lend you a cot, a high chair, a lounger, a baby bath.

This gite is lovely in every respect. Beautifully decorated, furnished with impeccable taste, generously and thoughtfully equipped, perfectly located beside the river Cher - perfection!

Spacious and comfortable. The interior decoration is great and so stylish. Kitchen and bathroom are exactly as you want them with the most powerful shower ever! Loved the small and secluded decking area which gave a view of the old bridge across the Cher and of the village church. Selles Sur Cher is a quiet pretty village with a few shops that includes a bakery selling very tasty cakes and bread. We visited that every day. The market on a Thursday is quite large and had some great local produce. Honey and goats cheese are good in the area. A great base to explore the Cher and Loire areas. Very friendly owners who were warm and welcoming. We often met them in the garden of the house which is full of flowers and plants.
