Lovely location, really helpful and nice owner and housekeeper. The property itself is well suited for families with 3 spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. We have stayed in many properties in the area over the years and would highly recommend this one plenty to do in the area and some wonderful scenery especially if you’re prepared to explore a bit.

We arrived at around 10pm after a long, rainy drive and we were so grateful for the milk in the fridge and the tea and coffee and sugar. It was lovely to walk into a clean and lovely home. If you love birds this is a wonderful place, the house is surrounded by trees, they are everywhere and the owners fill the feeders regularly. I watched the swallows flying around and feeding their young. This is a place which truly feeds the soul, away from everything, surrounded by nature, but not too out of it as there are local shops 5 mins drive away. The internet is not so good, in living room it’s fine, but elsewhere not so much , our 11 year old and 15 year old moaned a little bit, at first, but secretly I quite liked that and it was good for us all to get away from all that too, even the kids recognised that. I also want to say a special thank you, when we left one of our kids left their iPhone behind and they found it and posted it out to us special delivery immediately.
