The semi-sunken bath is set beside a large picture window taking advantage of the wonderful sea view. brbrOn entering into the large hallway you will immediately feel the opulence of the property with modern composite, underheated flooring which extends throughout and exquisite minimalist furnishings and fittings. brbrThe 1st sea view master ensuite bedroom on this floor is known as the ‘Glamorous Room’. There is a very nice new promenade giving access to the beach with cafes and shops and kayak hire. It is most famous for many attempts at land speed record breaking attempts, by car, bicycle and even sheds and lawnmowers, but most famous for Malcolm Campbell’s world land speed record in ‘Blue Bird’ in 1924 and J Parry-Jones’ fatal attempt to beat it in ‘Babs’ in1927. brbrPendine is just 15 miles from the popular seaside resort of Tenby, with its historic walled town and harbour and award-winning beaches and just a few miles from Laugharne a unique and beautiful town where Dylan Thomas lived for the last four years of his life and wrote many of his major pieces. There you can visit the Boathouse, the building which is most closely associated with him, and Brown’s his ‘watering hole’, which was owned by Neil Morrissey until quite recently.
