To the front, a large, pretty courtyard creates a charming first impression, with outdoor seating perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. At the rear, a more private courtyard provides additional outdoor furniture, a barbecue and an exterior log burner, ideal for dining al fresco on warm days. The gardens are bathed in the sun from morning until night.

Inside the main Barn Conversion, the heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where a wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere. This space flows naturally into the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, eat, and unwind together. From the dining room, a door opens directly onto a smaller yet generous rear garden. The Barn Conversion also features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, along with a full bathroom, where the washing machine is neatly tucked away. The annexe, affectionately called The Dog House, adds extra charm, offering a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The Dog House has it’s own front door and no internal connecting door.
